Dr. Shannon “Boo” Donoho grew up in Raleigh, NC, where her family enjoyed foxhunting and eventing their horses. She received her bachelor’s degree from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her internship at The Piedmont Equine Practice and has stayed on as an associate veterinarian. In her free time, she enjoys eventing her Thoroughbred gelding, as well as showing her dogs in obedience and conformation. Boo has an interest in equine orthopedics, lameness, and surgery.
