I had to go on a Saturday "first come" basis and there were quite a few of us filing in the door when they opened. I was afraid we would be there for hours. Well, I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of waiting to get in and thankful for all the time and care given to us. It was a total of just over an hour and we were on our way, and that time was almost 100% someone in the room with us. Amazing!!
