Hi everyone, welcome back to ClientEd with Ask Eddy. In this video we’ll show you how to customize Ask Eddy to improve your appointment scheduling process and input your emergency protocol. First, you’ll log into ClientEd and navigate to My Account.

From there click on Appointmentsemergency info under the AI chat settings.

Now you can customize the appointment and emergency details that Ask Eddie will deliver to pet owners during their chat conversations.

For example, you can customize your hours and phone number as well as enter a unique link for online booking or to your website appointment page.

Further down you can customize your after hours emergency info to let pet owners know what to do when your practice is closed. This might be a nearby emergency hospital or it could be your practice details if you offer on call.

Once you’re happy with the information, click save information and you’re good to go.

Now Ask Eddie can work for your practice by encouraging pet owners to make an appointment with you and pointing them in the right direction in case of emergency.
