Hi, everyone. Welcome to Client Ed with Ask Eddy. In this video, we’ll show you how to ask Eddy a question or prompt Eddy to support you through a PetOwner conversation.
To get started, click on Ask Eddy next to the search bar and enter your question prompt into the text field.
You could ask Eddie a specific pet health question or to provide you with articles that would be relevant for a specific pet and medical condition, or you could even ask Eddie to write you a script or email to help explain a pet health topic to a pet owner. For example, I’ll ask Eddie to write me a script that explains the importance of vaccines to a vaccine hesitant pet owner.
As you can see, Eddie delivered. It’s that easy. Ask Eddie answers pet health questions and supports you through pet owner conversations, ultimately keeping pets healthier and coming through your doors.
