For Family Puppy Store Clients: We will need all the Health Records signed by a vet, and the Rabies Certificate if applicable. These originals were given to you at the time of purchase. Our office does not keep any duplicates on file. Once everything is received, we will call you to get scheduled.
Please note: this process can take 2-3 business days, once we have all required paperwork. We are currently scheduling all new patient appointments 2-3 weeks out. If you have a sick or injured pet, please visit
a veterinary emergency hospital closest to you.
If someone in your pet’s environment has potentially been exposed to COVID-19 we need to know. Pets can carry the virus on their fur. If anyone in this pet’s household has had a fever in the past 14 days or has been exposed to someone suspected of having (or tested positive for} COVID-19, PLEASE LET US KNOW.
When you arrive to our parking lot, please remain in your car. Call (248) 349-5900 to get checked in by phone. Once the triage history is completed, an exam room is available, we will call you back with further directions/entry. We are also still offering curbside appointments for your convenience. Our doors will remain locked due to our current case load/staff ratios, and safety for everyone.
The examination rooms are thoroughly disinfected between each patient. Lastly, credit cards will be used to perform the check-out process in the exam room at the end of the visit. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
