Veterinary Receptionist/Client Care Coordinator – Full-time/Part-time
North Penn Animal Hospital is seeking a client care coordinator to join our staff. This is not an entry level position. Applicant must have previous experience as a veterinary receptionist.

Boarding Department – Two Positions Available:
Pet Care Technician – Seasonal, Part-time, 15-25 hours/week.
MUST BE AVAILABLE MAY THRU SEPTEMBER
Pet Care Technician – Permanent Part-time, 25-30 hours/week.
Hours are mainly PM shifts with mornings as needed
Applicants must be 18 years of age & have a current driver’s license
We are looking for mature, dependable and compassionate people to fill two pet care technician jobs in our boarding facility.
Boarding Hours of operation:
Monday – Sunday – We run two shifts per day.
Morning – 7am – 12PM or 1pm* Evenings – 2pm – 7 pm or 8pm*
*End times are approximate and vary according to how many boarding pets we have in the kennel each day.
Weekend and Holiday work is required.
Holidays – we are open on all holidays and you may be required to work a shift on these days, which include: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and new Year’s Day.
Duties include walking dogs, cleaning cages, feeding, medicating, bathing and cleaning of boarding facility and yard. Customer service work includes making reservations, invoicing and checking boarders in and out of the facility. This position requires a great deal of cleaning and good customer service skills. We need someone who is very dependable and will take great care of our boarders, as well as, our clients. A valid driver’s license is also required.
This position is for mature, dependable and responsible candidates who are 18 years of age or older.
