Dr. Kris is a 2004 graduate of the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. After growing up in Kansas City, she spent the next ten years living in Kirksville, Columbia, and St. Louis for school and work before moving back to Kansas City and starting work at Noah’s Ark in 2007. She enjoys living and working in Brookside-Waldo because it is such a pet-friendly neighborhood with a strong sense of community. “Noah’s Ark has the combination of caring and knowledge that make it a very special place to work. I love that I am able to get to know our patients and clients on a personal level.”

Dr. Kris and her husband, Eric, live with their children, Claire and Henry, an English Setter, Howie, two cats, Abby and Sheila, and a lovebird, Merlin. Outside of work, you can find Dr. Kris enjoying a crossword puzzle with a cup of coffee, biking with her family, going to a Royals game, or trying a new restaurant.
