Lead Receptionist

Jessica, our lead receptionist, grew up loving all animals.  She has found her passion working with pets and their families since joining the pet industry in 2014.

 Her favorite part of her career aboard the Ark is the relationships she has built and continues to build with our clients and furry family members as well as her co-workers.  She is proudly devoted to being helpful to others.

When not at work, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her husband Jerry, kitty Oreo and fun Chihuahua/Pug mix Ladybug.  She also loves spending time in nature, gardening and cherishes time spent on arts and crafts.
