RVT Managing Supervisor
As the CVT Managing Supervisor at Harmony, Nicole is responsible for ensuring that the nursing staff at Harmony maintains the highest standards in both client and customer care, a skill she acquired working for many years in the senior living industry before venturing into animal care. When not working hands-on with clients, you can find her helping each member of the nursing staff to meet their professional goals.
Nicole shares, “When I was a child, I was that kid who saw a hurt animal — bird, mouse, feral cat, pigeon — and would bring it home to try to save its life. In high school, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to study in college. I started out cleaning for a vet hospital and then was trained on the job after I showed interest in what they were doing. Now, I can’t imagine doing anything else.”
Prior to joining Harmony, Nicole served as a Vet Assistant and Vet Tech at 4 Paws Animal Clinic, an Emergency Vet Tech at Animal Urgent Care and Hospital Lead at Liberty Animal Hospital. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in health care administration as well as certifications in phlebotomy and human Dementia/Alzheimer’s care.
She regularly fosters both cats and dogs through The Good Dog Rescue and lives with her significant other, his son, her daughter and a pack of furry friends, including a Tater the cat, a Golden named Jade, a Boston Terrier mix named Beau Beau and a Chesapeake, Whiskey. When not at work, you can find her hanging out with the kids and all of their furry friends.
