Bagel is an 8-10 year old Beagle. He was abandoned at a local CO shelter and needed a safe place to go. So, he came to EAPL, and is now looking for his forever home. Bagel is a super cute boy and full of personality. When he came to us, he was very overweight and his nails were long and curling underneath his feet:( His nails are now trimmed and he is working on losing some of his belly:) He is on a strict diet and walks daily. He should be slim and trim in no time. He loves people, and is very friendly. He is also great with other dogs. We imagine he would be fine with cats too, although he has not lived with them. He is just a super happy, go with the flow kind of boy. Don’t let his age fool you, he is not going to lie around all day like a lump. He likes to run around and be a part of things, and is curious about what is happening. He is a great best friend and companion to have around. Did we mention he LOVES food!
