About Our Housecall/Mobile Practice

We at Foster Veterinary Services would like to thank you for visting our website. We hope that you find our service to be something that may be both beneficial and convenient to you and your pet.

We can provide many veterinary services right in your home including examinations, treatments, some diagnostic tests, vaccinations, various preventative procedures, consultations, micro-chipping, minor surgical and grooming procedures and euthanasia. Other diagnostic tests such as x-rays, and major surgical and dental procedures are performed by Dr. Foster at a local veterinary hospital. Surgical procedures are generally done on Wednesday afternoons. Our service provides transport of your pet to the hospital as well as returning the pet home after completing treatment or the procedure. We also provide delivery to you of ongoing prescribed medications and foods. This is generally done on Thursdays and if you are requesting further supplies we ask that you please contact us no later than Wednesday morning for delivery that Thursday. If your pet needs more critical care, monitoring or hospitalization requiring a hospital setting we will arrange an appointment for you at one of our local referral hospitals. We will also provide referral to a specialist if required.

We do provide an in home euthanasia service which many people find both convenient and a more stress free way of dealing with saying good bye to a cherished friend.

Please feel free at any time to contact our office for any questions you might have with respect to any of the services we offer. We would be pleased to help you in any way to keep your pet healthy and happy.

Once again, we would like to thank you for for visiting our website.
